1/ Bank Transfer
To complete your order via bank transfer, you must deposit the full amount to Greek Herb Bay in the following account. Once you make the deposit, you must send us a copy of the bank transfer to the email: greekherbay@gmail.com. It is mandatory that the reason for payment includes your full name and the order code, which is automatically sent after each successful order via email.
Your order will be processed the day after the deposit receipt and transaction confirmation are sent.
Orders that are not paid within five (5) business days are considered invalid. The corresponding products are automatically released and do not bind Greek Herb Bay in any way.
If you wish to transfer money from a bank other than the one cooperating with Greek Herb Bay, NBG Greek National Bank (National Bank of Greece), you should know that the customer is responsible for interbank fees.

2/ PayPal
For your convenience, we also accept payments via PayPal. During the checkout process, you can choose PayPal as your payment method. You will be redirected to the PayPal website to log in and confirm the payment. Once the payment is completed, you will receive a confirmation email from PayPal and your order will be processed accordingly.
3/ Credit / Debit Card
We recommend using a credit or debit card as the first choice when completing your online order if you have a MasterCard, VISA, Maestro, or American Express credit/debit card. Credit card details are not stored and not collected on greekherbay.com. Credit card processing is done in the secure environment of Piraeus Bank ONLY. You will need to fill in all your credit card details to place the order.

The price of each product will be as set on our website at any given time, except in cases of obvious error. We always strive to ensure that all prices on the website are accurate; however, errors may occur.
The prices on our website include VAT but not shipping costs, which are added to the total price.
Prices may change at any time, but subject to the above, any changes will not affect orders for which you have already received an Order Confirmation.
