RETURN POLICY

If you wish to return part or all of your order, this can be done within 14 days from the date of receipt. If 14 days have passed since delivery, unfortunately we cannot serve you with an exchange, for any reason.

Refunds are not made.

If you wish to exchange your product for another, then please contact us at greekherbay@gmail.com Upon agreement, we will send you the product of your preference. In this case, the shipping cost is borne by the customer (2.00 euros).

For the return to be accepted, the product must be in excellent condition and nothing is missing from its packaging. Once the quality control is complete and no damage is found, we will send you the new product. Any indication that the product has been used will void the possibility of exchange.

Until the product reaches us, it is under your own responsibility, so it is important to ensure its safe transport in order to avoid any damage and therefore the inability to return it.

If you want to make a gift purchase, you should mention in the order notes that you want an exchange card, which gives the customer a 10-day period for exchange. In this case, the customer is responsible for the shipping and exchange costs (2.00 euros).

In case you wish to purchase a discounted product, you should take into account that it cannot be exchanged or returned.

Attention: In the unfortunate event that the product you purchased reaches you with damage, please inform us immediately within the same day. In this case the customer is entitled to a replacement or compensation.

If you are a consumer, you may withdraw from the Contract within 14 calendar days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires after 14 calendar days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier, acquires physical possession or control of the products, or in the case of an order with multiple products, after 14 calendar days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier, acquires physical possession or control of the last product.

To withdraw within the deadline, it is sufficient to inform us via email: greekherbay@gmail.com regarding the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiration of the withdrawal period.
